と	とちおとめガール on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日枝神社のすぐ隣にあるカフェ。ソファーがゆったりしている一階席は禁煙スペースで、二階が喫煙スペースと分煙されていてゆっくりくつろげた。値段も高くもなく良かった。 A cafe right next to Hie Shrine. 千	千駄ヶ谷丸蔵 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 評価低いのも納得です。テーブルのタブレットで注文し「先払い」するのが独特です。セルフ支払いして提供を待つスタイルで時間がかかりますから、せっかちな茅場町のサラリーマン層には受け入れられないでしょうね。反面、一人で長居する分には気にならないかもしれませんね。wifiもありますよ。価格はチェーン店よりやや高めでブレンド以外のコーヒー類1杯500-600がスタンダードなライン。420円のブレンドコーヒーは香りも味もまあまあで、グラニュー糖ではなく、オリゴ糖を選べるのはgood。ただ、致命的なのは、提供が遅いのにコーヒーがぬるいのですよ。同席した方のカフェモカは更にぬるかったです。更に定食メニューもあるので店内で魚を焼きますから、その臭いでコーヒーの香りは吹き飛びます。サバの焼ける臭いに包まれてコーヒーを頂きました。じゃあ夜の飲みなら？と思うと一品一品頼むたびにqrコードの書かれたシートをセルフレジに持っていくのでしょうね。IT化されている割にスタッフもそれなりの人数がいますから、販管費削減とIT化費用は釣り合ってなさそうです。ここは前タリーズだったのですが以前とは比較にならないほど閑散とした客足。カフェ、軽食、居酒屋需要、どれも中途半端で、まあ厳しいでしょうね。コンセプトから設計し直した方が良いです。 It is also satisfactory that the evaluation is low.
