黄綬褒章おめでとうございます。
その記念のカルボナーラ。
なめらかさがなかっく、モタモタした感じでした。
トリュフが写真より少なかったです。残念でした。
当たり前ですが、片岡護シェフが作っていないのはわかりますが、
もう少しレベルの高い再現度が欲しいです。

Congratulations on the Medal with Yellow Ribbon.
The commemorative carbonara.
It wasn't smooth, and it felt like it was fluffy.
There were fewer truffles than in the photo. That's too bad.
Obviously, I understand that Chef Mamoru Kataoka did not make it,
I want a slightly higher level of reproducibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに利用させて頂きました。コースの内容は十分で味も文句無しです。ただ人が足りないせいか、少々待つことが多かったのが残念です。その点を抜いても高評価であることは間違いないです
I used it for lunch. The content of the course is sufficient and the taste is perfect. It's a pity that I often waited for a while, probably because there weren't enough people. There is no doubt that it will be highly evaluated even if that point is omitted.

一組だけ待っていましたが、10分程で入ることができました。
店内は落ち着いていて、ランチで来るというよりは、ゆっくりとコースで楽しんだ方が良さそうな雰囲気。
注文したのは、本日の日替わりセット「イベリコ豚舌と香味野菜、赤ワイン煮込みソース スパゲッティーペコリーノ チーズ」。
豚舌がしっかりとした煮込まれていて柔らかく、トマトソースとチーズのバランスが良く、美味しかったです。
Visited at noon on weekdays for a luxurious lunch.
I was waiting for only one group, but I was able to enter in about 10 minutes.
The inside of the restaurant is calm, and it seems better to enjoy the course slowly rather than coming for lunch.
I ordered today's daily set "Iberian pork tongue and flavored vegetables, red wine stewed sauce spaghetti pecorino cheese".
The pork tongue was simmered firmly and soft, and the tomato sauce and cheese were well-balanced and delicious.
