麺にコシがあり程よい太さ。
坦々がまた美味しく、ゴマが効いていてマイルドな味です‼︎
量が多く食べ切れない程でした。 (男性客が多い！) 味よし！量が多いのでコスパよし！
ランチには一口程の杏仁豆腐が付きます！
しかし以前食べたエビチリは、思っていたより量が少なく物足りませんでした。
刀削麺を謳っているお店なので、オーダーするなら定食よりも刀削麺がいいと思いました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隠れた名店。餃子で勝負がかけられるくらい美味しい。餃子推しの店よりここの餃子はオススメです。
他の料理も美味しい。
『毛沢東が愛した角煮』というメニューがとても気になっています。
本格的な美味しい中華屋さんです。
追記、また来ました。
やはり餃子は本当に美味しい。
これだけでも前に出せる味。
今回はゲソの四川炒めと変り種を頼んでみましたがやはり美味しい。
このあたりの中華料理屋さんの中でピカイチですね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本橋浜町にある中華料理屋さん、階段を下りた地下一階にあります。今回は刀削麺と半チャーハンのセット850円を注文、刀削麺は担々味か麻辣味が選べるということだったので、麻辣味を選択しました！刀削麺は野菜とひき肉がたっぷり、半チャーハン、ミニサラダもそこそこボリュームがあり、満腹になります。ごちそうさまでした?
