ち	ちーちゃん推し on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらは東神田のＡＰＡホテル近くにある居酒屋さん。隣の「佐原屋」さんも良い感じでしたが、店員さんが暖簾を仕舞われようとしておりましたので、こちらにＩＮしました。店内は正方形のレイアウトで非常に小綺麗。アクリル板もしっかりと設置されています。店先の黒板を見ると日替りメニューが豊富なんですね。揚げ物もそそりましたが、居酒屋さんなので、ここは魚でしょう！と考え、『黒ムツの西京焼き（\850）』と『ネバネバ小鉢（\150）』をオーダー。じっくり焼いているのかそこそこ時間が掛かり、15分程度掛かって到着です。主役はちょい小さめの焼き魚。他はミニサラダ、ひじきの煮物、お漬物、追加のネバネバ小鉢、ご飯、お味噌汁です。黒ムツはこんがりと少し焦げもある焼き加減。脂のノリは少なくどちらかというとさっぱりとした印象。殆ど骨も無く食べやすかったですね。ネバネバ小鉢は美味しいんですけど、量がちょっと少ないよなぁ。納豆・とろろ・オクラ・モロヘイヤ・海苔が盛り付けられており、何もかけずにかき混ぜてそのまま頂きました。お味噌汁は熱々で最高。出汁が効きまくりで言う事なし。遠慮しちゃいましたが、無料のお代わりをすれば良かったかな。基本的にどれも美味しかったのですが、唯一ご飯だけが…。先輩方の幾つかのレビューにもある通り、ご飯は乾燥気味で所々ダマになって固まっていました。こちらは要改善ですね。店員さんはご夫婦っぽかったですが、ご両人とも丁寧で温かみのある接客。インパクトは少ないですが、平均点の高い定食ランチでございました。 This is an izakaya near the APA Hotel in Higashikanda. It took some time to cook it slowly, and it took about 15 minutes to arrive. The protagonist is a slightly smaller grilled fish. Others are mini salad, simmered hijiki seaweed, pickles, additional sticky small bowls, rice and miso soup. The black gnomefish is brown and slightly burnt. The impression is rather refreshing with little greasy glue. It was easy to eat with almost no bones. The sticky small bowl is delicious, but the amount is a little small. Natto, tororo, okra, moroheiya, and seaweed are served, and they are mixed without sprinkling anything. Miso soup is hot and the best. There is nothing to say because the soup stock works well. I refrained from doing so, but I wish I had a free replacement. Basically, they were all delicious, but only rice ... As you can see in some reviews from my seniors, the rice was a little dry and lumpy in places. This is an improvement needed. The clerk was like a married couple, but both of them were polite and warm. Although the impact was small, it was a set meal lunch with a high average score.
