最近見かけないヘーゼルナッツとチョコムースのケーキとか、フレーズは美味しいのですが。。。

ベルギーのチョコレートは口どけがよく甘すぎずとても美味しいので大好きです。
こちらのお品物上品な甘さとサクサクした食感であとを引く美味しさでした。

⚫フレーズ・ド・ヴィタメール 600円くらい(税込)
てっぺんの苺は甘さがあります?
生クリームは甘過ぎだけど、
動物性でコクがあります。
スポンジはふわふわで直ぐ溶けちゃう。
サンドされている苺は薄いけど、
甘酸っぱい風味のショートケーキ。
生クリームたっぷり。
⚫シュークリーム(名前失念)216円
皮は厚めだけど、
アーモンドスライスやシュガーパウダーが散りばめてあって、
気持ちしっとりしていて、
シュー皮苦手の私でも苦じゃありません。
カスタードはぽってり程よい固さ。
卵とバニラの香り。
なんか、デパートから生ケーキ減りましたよね。
銀座、日本橋界隈は、生ケーキを扱うお店がが少ないです。
三ツ星よりの二ツ星です♥️

子供が、チョコレートケーキが好きで、こちらに決めました。
上がパリパリのチョコレート、下にチョコレートケーキ、(スポンジ、クリームで4層くらい)
チョコレートが濃厚でしたが、甘過ぎず、美味しかった。
お酒が入っているとの事でしたが、ほとんど分からない程度でした。
店員さんは、店に入ったばかりなのか、質問するたびに後ろに聞きに行ってましたが、丁寧な対応をしてくれました。
このケーキは、誕生日のロウソクが刺さりにくいので注意です。(笑)

今回はじめてケーキを購入したのですが、、、すみません、いまいちでした。
生クリームが油みたいな味でした。
モンブランも、クリームに栗の味が感じられない？？？ぼやぼやっとした味です。
期待値がたかかったので、ショックです。
隣のhibikaと同じ会社なんですね、以前hibikaもケーキを買って失敗したので、エーデルワイスのケーキはもう買わないようにします。
マカダミアショコラはおいしいのでこれからも焼き菓子系を中心に利用させていただきます。
