日本橋高島屋本館にあります。ベルンのミルフィユは、香ばしく焼き上げた3層のパイにクリームをサンドして、オリジナルチョコレートでコーティングした、サクッとした食感のスイーツです。ミルクチョコレート・スイートチョコレート・ヘーゼルナッツの３種のレギュラーのお味の他、期間限定ですが、旬のお味も楽しめます。リーズナブルなのに美味しく、個人的にはヘーゼルナッツが好きです。自宅用はもちろん、手土産にも利用しますが、個包装で、１個の大きさが食べきりに丁度良いので、職場の差し入れとしても、重宝しています。自社のHPを持たない事で有名なベルンですが、百貨店の正規のネット通販以外のサイトで売られているベルンのミルフィユは、金額が高くて驚きました。知らずに購入しないよう、ご注意下さい。また、こちらのスタッフさんは親切で、少額でも、とても丁寧に対応して下さるので、いつも気持ちよく買い物が出来ます。

Milfeuille in Bern is a crisp texture sweet that is made by sandwiching cream into a savory baked three-layer pie and coating it with original chocolate. In addition to the three regular flavors of milk chocolate, sweet chocolate and hazelnut, you can also enjoy seasonal flavors for a limited time. Delicious but reasonable, I personally like hazelnuts. It is used not only for home use but also for souvenirs, but it is individually wrapped and the size of one piece is just right for eating, so it is useful as a workplace insert. Although Bern is famous for not having its own website, Bern's Millefeuille sold at sites other than the department store's regular online shopping was surprised by the high price. Please be careful not to buy without knowing it. In addition, the staff here is kind, and even with a small amount, they are very polite, so you can always shop comfortably.
