m	momoka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寿司岩でねぎとろ巻きを作ってもらっている間に、店内をふらふらしていたら目に留まったデメルのケーキ。デメルといえばザッハトルテですが、このチェリータルトに昔なつかしさを感じて買ってみました。一緒に、アップフェルシュトルーデルも注文。アップフェルシュトルーデルといえば、映画「イングロリアス・バスターズ」。ホイップクリームもつけて食べたいところですが、ついてこないし日本の生クリームだとちょっと違うしなぁと思っていたら、チェリータルトの真ん中にホイップクリームが絞られていたのですくってアップフェルシュトルーデルと一緒に味わいました。本当はこの日、日本橋三越のアンジェリーナにモンブランを買いに出かけたのに、デメルでケーキを買うことにしたので予定変更。チェリータルトは、さくらんぼが肉厚でタルト部分のしっとり加減がしっかり欧州菓子で、甘すぎない一品でした。 *後日、憧れの生クッキーを入荷日の水曜に買いに行ったら、もう白箱しか残っていないとのことで、やっぱり人気が高いようですね。しっとりしたクッキーはチョコやフルーツの風味も良く、またいつか味わいたいです。ただ今回は、若い店員さんがマニュアルを淡々と口にする風な接客で味気なくて残念。 Demel's cake that caught my eye when I was wandering around the store while I was asked to make Negitoro rolls from sushi rock. One of the staff members should not be working with customers. Absolutely the worst attitude and no service at all. Go to the Shinjuku Takashimaya location instead.
