★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited here in an afternoon for friends gathering.
Since they serve many kinds of beer, each one of us was able to search for something we may like from the menu. Most importantly, we all loved what we had! They have menu with clear information and description for each kind of the flavor, and even for not-beer-lover like me could find something I enjoy easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nihonbashi IPA is just delicious. "Juicy" comes to mind. It has an orange-ish flavor possibly from whatever cypress wood they are promoting on the blurb.
There are dishes with an assortment of European salami and ham, nuts and cheeses, and a lovely selection of tapas pairs well with the drinks; beer, wine and cocktails.
This is an up-market place so expect to splurge a bit but not too steep; 1350 Yen for the 3 meat salami platter, and all the beers come in 3 sizes = 380, 580, 980 Yen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love beer.?? If you love beer as much as I do, this place is for you. I had been looking for some good craft beer for our last day in Tokyo and I found it. Amazing drink and a great menu. Enjoyed their house IPA “sake style” and was not disappointed. The cypress box my drink came in added a nice woody flavor which I enjoyed. Not sure if you were supposed to drink it out of the box or the glass but either way, it was consumed. Tried a couple different beers and all of them were excellent, would recommend for the adventurous pallet. Our waitress was so kind and patient when it came to paying the bill. I gave her some bills and she said “coins?” We had a bag of coins from our travels so we pulled it out and she went through and picked through all of our change for the exact amount that we needed to pay. Japanese hospitality is unmatched, thank you so much for your kindness! Many thanks! Cheers! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by just before closing for a beer. Staff was very nice about it. Really good beer. I had a collab beer made with Hopworks brewing since they're right by our place in Portland. We didn't eat, but they gave us some toasted barley snack that was quite nice. There wasn't a seating charge. I don't know if they usually charge and maybe didn't since we just had a beer at the front bar. Overall it was a nice and quiet stop very near Tokyo station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars for service and food. They let me in during their regular closed hours before dinner. The salad was massive and delicious. The veggie juice they served alongside it was refreshing and constantly refilled. And for the cherry on top, the waiter came around and brought me a stain remover when he noticed me struggling to get pesto out of my new shirt. Will be back. And I didn't even get to try the beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of beer from all over the world, with some of the best local craft beers on draft. Even though I didn’t eat anything, the food menu looked appealing as well. The space is open with high ceilings, and a nice vibe overall. Staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A table charge of jpy350 after 5pm weekdays and 2pm weekends. Easy access from Tokto Sta. Guest domestic CBs as well as Nihonbashi original IPA are available. The IPA was invented by Trevor Bass of Hop Works Urban Brewery in Portland OR. I love the relaxing atomsphere but the CB isn't so amazing. Food choice is attractive.
