麦	麦助No.62 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日、家族でランチにお邪魔させていただきました。私はロース味噌カツ１２０グラムを大変美味しくいただきました。ごはんと味噌汁、あとキャベツの千切りや漬物が付いて千円ちょっと。ごはんやキャベツはお代わりし放題。それなのに、家族３人で食べても３千円ちょっと。肝心のお味は、衣はサクッと、お肉はジューシー。味噌タレは濃厚で我々名古屋人にはとってもよく食事を美味しく楽しめました。盛り付けもきれいですし、店内も清潔に保たれているように感じました。私は先天性の障害を抱えており、イヤーマフというヘッドフォンのような機器を着けての食事でした。でも、店員さんは皆、いやな目で見てくることはないばかりか、常に満面の笑みでの接客（祖母の脚の不自由さを気遣ってくださってテーブル席に案内してくれた女性の店員さん、ありがとうございます）。これほどおいしくて接客も素晴らしいので、もうリピート確定ですね。いやはや素晴らしい。美味しさと接客サービスに脱帽です。いろいろな意味で感動しました。文句なしの星５つです。 Today, I went to lunch with my family. D	Dさん K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かつ専門の和食店てす。かつ丼目的で、かつ重を注文しました。ボリュームを求める方にはあまり向きませんが、この店のかつ重は、他のかつ丼とは違って、かつ自体の素材の味をより楽しめるものでした。見た目はかつ丼と同じような、卵、だし、しょうゆ、の味抜けですが、和食らしく、薄味になっています。そのため、かつに手は抜けられない状態になるのですが、やはりそこはかつ専門店だけあって、肉、脂身、衣、油、は問題なく、上品で丁寧さを感じられる美味しさでした。また、お米もひとめぼれを利用していて、これ自体も、水分量、柔らかさ、新鮮さが適切で、かなり美味しかったです。全体的に、バランス良く、かつ、素材の美味しさを上手く引き立てられている、良いお店でした。次回はかつをより楽しむために、かつの定食などを頼んでみたいと思いました。 And a specialty Japanese restaurant.
