I think it's basically a good dealer. At the service reception? I sometimes thought, but sometimes from the shop, the customers are selfish.

ただ、テーブルに飛沫対策が施されていないのが残念。

しかも、パッとしない営業さんで。
調べて、今度連絡しますと言う回答でしたが、５日経っても連絡ありませんでした。
此処で買おうと思う理由が、見つからない。

The answer was that I would look it up and contact you next time, but I didn't receive it after 5 days.
I can't find any reason to buy here.

家の近くにココの駐車場があるんだけど、自社の駐車場に車を入れるのに、大回りで反対車線にはみ出して、こっちが止まって待ってるのに会釈もせずに、さも当たり前のように入っていく態度！ホントにここの社員は馬鹿ばっかりなんじゃないか？看板背負って運転してるのわかってないのか？それともBMWの駐車場だってバレてないとでも思ってるのかな？
なんにしても最悪だわ！
It may be excellent as a dealer, but the attitude towards the residents around me is the worst!
There is a parking lot here near my house, but when I put my car in my parking lot, I went out into the opposite lane in a big turn, and even though I stopped and waited, I didn't give a nod, as it was natural. Attitude to enter! Isn't the employees here really just stupid? Don't you know that you are driving with a sign on your back? Or do you think that the parking lot of BMW is not out of the question?
It's the worst!

毎度購入時の対応は素晴らしかったが、その後は良いとは言えない。
「BMW JAPAN本部から購入時の対応についての評価アンケートがあるので、最高の評価でお願いします」とか、いやらしい感じだった。
また不具合があった時、それをきちんと整備担当に伝えても
「特に不具合ありませんでした」とか
「そういう仕様だと思います(そんなことはなかった)」と、整備に関してはかなりいいかげんだった。
次にBMWを購入する時にはNICOLは選ばない。
