★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パワーウィンドウの修理を依頼し、車を受け取りにいったら、修理したドア側のロックが壊れていてドアが開かなかった。
修理を依頼した箇所以外は現状維持で顧客に返却するのが原則ではないかと思うが、ドアロックの部品代まで請求された。
また、修理前、ドアポケットに入っていたものは助手席に放置された状態であった。
ドアロックが壊れた件も含め、最低限、車を預けた時と同じ状態で顧客に返却するのが常識かと思うが、高級車を扱っている割には、このあたりの意識が低すぎる。

I think that it is a principle to return the product to the customer with the status quo maintained except for the part where the repair was requested, but I was charged for the door lock parts.
What was in the door pocket before repair was left in the passenger seat.
Although it is common sense to return to the customer in the same state as when the car was left at least, including the case where the door lock was broken, this awareness is too low for handling luxury cars.
