★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どんどん体形がしまってきて嬉しいです。トレーナーさんも明くて話しやすく、トレーニングも仕事帰りに寄れるので汗かいて帰って風呂に入って、生活も健康になってる感じがします。
 I'm glad that my body shape is getting faster. The trainer is also bright and easy to talk to, and the training is on the way home from work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おうちでは絶対一人でできないので私にはパーソナルが向いてると通ってみて思いました。さらにここのアットホームな感じが合ってて通い安いです。終わったらいつもすっきり。
