 A fitness gym that emphasizes health managed by doctors. Under the supervision of Dr. Shibahara, a sports doctor certified by the Japan Sports Association and a doctor of medicine, he will provide appropriate training guidance. In addition, all the trainers I belong to have the Japan Sports Association athletic trainer and NATA–BOC certified athletic trainer (American qualification), so I can leave my body with confidence.
