初めて行きうまく髪形の説明が出来なかったのですが思っていた髪形にしてくださいました。

縮毛矯正の利用で娘共々お世話になってましたが予約の電話をしてもお店から施術の日を指定されるのでこちらの都合合う日がなかなか合わない。施術出来るスタッフが限られてるのか少ないのか?? 後、縮毛矯正で担当にあたるスタッフが毎回男の人によく当たるのですがこの人はオススメできません。 娘も失敗され私も失敗され髪の毛がジリジリになり酷い仕上がりになりショックでした。酷い仕上がりに周りの人がそれ失敗やから泣き寝入りせずにもう一度お店に言いに行くべきと言われ翌日担当してもらった男のスタッフに言ったのですが、失敗とは言われず部分的に薬のかかりが弱かったみたいなのでもう一度やり直すと言われました。ジリジリの毛になった部分も伝えましたがそこに関しては何も説明もなく「なるほど、なるほど!ふーん!」などと返事を誤魔化されたように思いました。案の定髪の毛は治ることもなく... かかりが弱かった所を治しトリートメント剤つけておきましたと言われましたがそこまで失敗してるのならホームトリートメントくらいプレゼントしてる方がまだ可愛げあると思いましたが... 毎日ヘアケアする度に気分が滅入るので我慢できず元々行きつけだった美容室へ相談に行くと縮毛矯正はものすごく髪に負担かかる施術でこの仕上がりはあきらかに失敗してるしアイロンで伸ばす際の施術も根元が折れてるし出来の悪い仕上がりだと言われました。なのにその上にまた薬つけてやり直すとかこのジリジリの毛は直らないのにそんな事言うなんて!とビックリされました。 他の美容院での縮毛矯正の値段より安かったってのもあり縮毛矯正だけ通ってましたがもうこんな失敗は懲り懲りなのでお値段高めでも今通ってる美容室で施術しようと反省。こちら(nico)の美容室での縮毛矯正はオススメしません!特に男のスタッフ!1人しかいない為すぐにわかるかと思いますけど、凄く上から目線で縮毛矯正の知識を語ってきますが今思うと不愉快でした。縮毛矯正矯正するなら女の店員さんに担当してもらった方が良いかも。 今もまだ傷んだジリジリの髪の毛を定期的にカットしてもらいなんとか傷んだ毛がなくなり見栄えがマシになってきましたがここまでくるのに何ヶ月かかった事か。お金返して欲しいくらいです!
