★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 髪すくの嫌だと伝えているのにスカスカにされました。
そして人の顔を覚えないのか毎回びっくりするぐらい同じ話をされる。
引っ越したばかり、結婚式前というのもありあまり美容室を変えたくなくて4回ほど行きました。2回目行った時にカードを無くしてしまったと伝えたら、『では新しいカード預かっておきますね、ポイントはこちらで付けます』と言っていましたが実際には付けられていませんでした。4回目行った時の会計で『カード預かってもらってます』と伝えたら、今までのポイント付けてなかったので『あー2回目のご来店だったんですね』と言われました。何回目でも同じ話してるぐらいだから、ここの人にとっては私はどうでもいいお客だったのでしょう。
あまりに全ての対応が不快だったので初めて口コミというものを書いてみました。
もちろん二度と行きません。

I just moved and went about 4 times because I didn't want to change the beauty salon because it was before the wedding. When I told him that I had lost my card the second time I went, he said, "Then I'll keep a new card, I'll give you points here." But it wasn't actually attached. When I said "I have my card kept" at the checkout when I went for the 4th time, I was told "Ah, it was my second visit" because I hadn't given any points so far. I've been talking about the same thing over and over again, so I guess I was an insignificant customer for this person.
I wrote a word of mouth for the first time because all the correspondence was so unpleasant.
Of course I will never go again.
