★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客もすごく悪く、ネット予約もしたのにあちらが把握してなく、予約がはいってない、挙げ句の果てにはネット予約をしてないといわれました。
その後にネット予約を完了しましたとかかれているページを見せたらあたふたして謝らずに言い訳、当日のネット予約をしておりませんときました。先程ネット予約を扱ってないと言われたのになにを言ってるんだこの人は思いましたね。さっきまでは傲慢な態度をしてたのに見せられた途端小さくなってコロコロと態度を変えるし酷いです。
ただ私はこの店は凄くいい加減な接客をしてると言う印象を受けました。

I thought this guy was saying what he was saying when he was n’t handling online reservations. It was terrible to change the attitude and the attitude as soon as it was shown to be arrogant at the moment.
However, I got the impression that this store has a very good customer service.
