駐車場広い。食券制。店内綺麗。 味は煮干しレベル表記を参考に、物足りない人はテーブル備え付けの魚粉で調整する感じ。煮干しのえぐみがありますので好きな人でも少しずつ足した方がいい。酢が美味い。

弘前が本店の煮干しラーメンの店です。 昼時は凄く混んでいる印象です。 味玉がつけ汁に染み込んでいて、盛岡一と言っていいほど濃い味です。

チェーン店のようでひっきりなしにお客様が来店され、昼時は待ちます。人気店ですね。にぼちゅうの大盛、ネギをトッピングしました。想定より煮干し感は無いです。たがら食べやすく人気なのでしょうが、煮干し好きには物足りないかも。卓上に魚粉が置いてあるので調整は可能です。濁り系のスープなので味がぼやけます。大盛で麺量は1.5玉位ありますが丁度良いボリュームで、美味しく頂きました。待ちから提供までに結構時間が掛かることや、あっさり端麗醤油の煮干し中華そばのが好みなので、再訪は無いです。

今は、殆どのラーメン屋さんが高い中、あのボリュームとチャーシューの厚さで千円以下!そして凄く美味しかったです。店員さんもお店の雰囲気も、三味線が流れていたり、凄く良かったです。入った瞬間煮干しの香りがしました。クチコミ通り混む理由が良く分かりました。私はお昼時間は避けて行きましたが、それでも席は埋まっていた気がします。調味料で味変も出来たり、とにかく美味しい♡満足♡なお店でした。また行きますっ( ´罒`*)✧"

兎にも角にもめちゃくちゃぬるかった。 ぬるいおかげでネギが臭く、濃い煮干しも風味が薄くなってしまっていた。 ネギの直下のスープはネギの味しかしなかったです。 正直今回はマジで1050円無駄にしました。 温度管理しっかり出来ているスタッフさんのものなら、上記の問題が解消され美味しいかも知れないと思います。
