お見舞いに行った。祖母や母が泣いていた。パジャマが汚れてもそのまま。体も拭いてもらえない。忙しいみたいだから何も言えないって。忙しいくてみんなイライラしている。士長さんも、看護士さんを怒鳴りつけていたしね。病院も汚いし、患者さんもも臭いし、いいところないみたいです。

呼吸器新患専門のドクターは検査結果を一方的に話すだけでこちらの言い分は聞き入れてくれず不満が感じられた。病院も古くて広いので検査室までかなり歩きます。一部内装は新しくリフォームしているが国立病院にしては老朽化の方に入るのでは。新しい病棟を建設中らしいので期待している。

先生も看護師さんの説明も分かりやすくて有難い。けど1度病棟に入ってしまうとご時世もあってか連絡がとだえる。主人が初めての手術で 術前に顔を見て話をしたいが呼びに来ない。事務の方とのやり取りでは連絡しましたので。で終わるのだ。術前にはお話し出来ますからね。とかせめて一言欲しい。10時からなのにもう9時45分。病棟まで5分(泣) 1時間半待って連絡なし。

院長先生に診察してもらいましたが、そこまで対応悪いとは思いません。話も聞いてもらえました。患者さんが多いので待ち時間は仕方ないと思います。コロナの中で医療も大変な中感謝しております。
