m	miko K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回、熱は無く咽せる咳と喉の痛みが辛く、来院しました。咳が出る為来院前に受診可能か病院に連絡をしたところ、やはり咳の症状があるので感染外来の受付で検査予約の連絡待ちとなりました。暫くして予約確認の連絡が入り受付となる駐車場を案内されそのまま待機し車の中で検査を受けました。約15分後結果は陰性だったので病状を診て頂き診察が終わったあと一番辛い咳の痛みを和らげる薬の処方となりました。来院した時、看護師さんが車の誘導案内と受診の流れの説明をされたり、担当の先生との連携でとてもスムーズだったので待ち時間は長く感じませんでした。。病院から感染外来の駐車場まで距離があり患者1人に何往復もされてかなりキツいはずです、ですが対応毎に待たせて申し訳ありませんと必ず言ってくれたり疲れや事務的態度は一切感じさせない姿に感動すると共に最初に電話受付で分かりやすく丁寧な対応してくれた職員の方、看護師さん、先生にとても感謝いたしております。 This time, I visited the hospital because I had no fever and had a sore throat and a sore throat.
