★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店頭に、クリスピーだったか、カラリだったか、サクサクだったか、そういう唐揚げが自慢ですのような事が書かれていたので期待してミックス唐揚げ弁当を戴きました。
男性がお一人で調理されており、注文してから揚げ始めてくれたのは良いのですが、妙に早く出来上がったので不安になりました。
食べてみると、案の定、不安的中で、かなりの高温で一気に短時間で揚げてしまったかのようなガチガチの硬い唐揚げでした。果たして、これは単なる調理のブレなのでしょうか、それとも冷めた揚げ置きを揚げ直ししたので硬かったのでしょうか、それともこういうガチガチの硬い歯応えの唐揚げを美味しいと思っていらっしゃるのでしょうか？
残念ながら、まるっきり素人の調理した自己流の唐揚げのような印象でした。値段の割には量も少なく、ご飯も普通のお味でした。副菜も貧相でした。
唐揚げの量り売りをしてくれるようですが、近所にあるスーパーマーケットの唐揚げの約２倍のお値段でした。果たしてお味が２倍美味しいのでしょうか？

電話予約が良いみたいでした。
