吉	吉田弘文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2度、テイクアウトで利用しました。前回は受け取り時間10分前に到着すると店主様が店員に「まだ時間じゃないのになんで来たん？」と言ってました。まだ、商品はできあがってないからと店員に促されるまま、車で待つことに。随分失礼な店があったもんだなと思いそのまんま車で待つが、待てど暮らせど商品が来ない。受け取り時間の15分後に持ってきました。その時点で心象は最悪でした。本日、また利用するかと思い18時の受け取り時間を指定。私は早く行けば文句を言われるし用意するのが遅い店と思ってますから、18時15分に到着。すると、後15分かかると言われました。私は流石におかしいと感じたので、その旨を申すと、「こちらでキャンセルの処理をしときましょうか？」との事。社会通念上、落ち度100%の側がキャンセルを申し出るのも失礼の上塗り。常識がない。車で待つことにしましたが、まぁ店主様のことでしょうから、何か店では店員様と私の悪口言ってんのかな。と邪推しながらも商品を受け取りました。最低最悪の気分です。もう貴店にお願いすることはないし、そして他の方々が使われるのもお辞めになった方がよろしいと思料します。お客様との約束を守れないというのは商品そのものに欠陥があるのと同義。半端な仕事と評せざるを得ません。そのことを多くの方がご覧になれば幸いと感じここに投稿します。 I used it twice for takeout.
