一回洗濯ネットに入れて洗濯をし、着ようとしたら胸の裏側に糸の継ぎ目が、、、表側はひと通り確認してましたが、気付きませんでした。
店舗に返品の確認したところ、着ていなくても一回洗濯をしてしまったら交換は出来ないとのこと。裏側まで確認せず洗濯してしてしまった自分も悪いのですが、好きなデザインだったので少し残念です（泣）

When I confirmed the return to the store, I heard that even if I didn't wear it, I couldn't exchange it once I had washed it. I'm sorry that I washed it without checking the back side, but I'm a little disappointed because it was my favorite design (crying)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 売り場の若い子達の対応はいいのですが、おそらく店長か、マネージャークラスのレベルはかなり低いと思います。メジャーで好きなブランドなだけにとても残念です。ここの店では買わないです。
The response of young children in the sales floor is good, but I think that the level of the store manager or manager class is quite low. It's a shame because it's a major and favorite brand. I don't buy it at this store.

土地柄ベイスターズを大々的に扱っていますが、個人的にはホエールズ時代の復刻デザインとかをストア限定で恒常的に置いたりと、そういうお店側の施策も期待しております。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、妻と娘の買い物に付き合いららぽーとを訪問。
ゴルフ用の帽子を見に訪れました。
音楽がガンガン鳴っており、50代後半が入る店じゃないかなと思いつつ店内を見ていると、帽子があり過ぎまずどれが何か分からずボケっと眺めていると店員さんが声をかけてくれました。
とても親切丁寧に説明していただき、ゴルフ用品も展開しているとの情報も教えてくれました。
途中で妻と娘が入店し、別の場所に行きたいと言われ強制退出になりましたが、もっとゆっくり見たかった。
失礼ですが、このような店でこんなに丁寧に接客してくださるとは思いもよらず、最後に名刺はありますか？と聞いたところ入社3週間でまだ持っていないとのことで、更にびっくりです。仕事柄、接客をし教え、管理する立場のため、とても勉強になりました。
また伺った際はAさんを指名させていただきます。ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キャップが大好きで、休日の外出時は必ずと言っていいほどキャップをかぶっています。もちろんNEW ERAのキャップも多数コレクション。 今回、家族の付き合いで横浜のららぽーとへ。自分の用事はなかったのですが、せっかく来たのだから自分の好みの商品も見ようとNEW ERAショップさんへ。正直、購入予定はありませんでしたが、以前から気になっていたアイテムを見てみようと店内へ、本当に見るだけにしようと思っていたのですが・・・。 お目当てのアイテム発見！手に取って家族と色々と話しているところに店員さんが登場。お名前をお聞きするのを忘れてしまいましたが、細身の男性の方でした。この方の接客が素晴らしい！商品知識が豊富だし、商品に対する愛情のようなものも感じました。この方の接客のおかげで買っちゃいましたよ(笑) でも、それほどの接客をして頂きました。半世紀以上生きてきましたが、今まで一度もこんな気持ちになった事なかったです、それほど素晴らしい店員さんでした。もしかしたら店長さんだったのかな？ これからは、お目当ての商品がある時は必ずこちらのショップへ伺おうと思います。 次回は、もっと商品の深いところまで聞いてみたいと思います。
