f	ffまま（ふみふむ） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 改装したので店内はとても綺麗です。車の修理、整備、車検などは説明も丁寧だし今までとほとんど変わらない感じで、いいと思います。ただ、今まであったサービスが無くなってて、接客のサービスの質は下がったと思います。まぁ、サービスなので店側がやらないと決めたなら仕方ないとは思いますが…。夕方に行ったんですが、ほとんどのテーブルに前の客が使ったであろうカップが残ってました。座る場所を探さないといけないとか、どうなんですかね？前はドリンクバーがあって待ち時間ものんびりできましたが、今は無く、エアコン環境下では喉が乾くので、出来れば飲み物を出して欲しかったです。テーブル見る限り前の客は飲み物出してもらったのかと思うととても複雑です。まぁ店側が決めるから仕方ないですけど。来店内容で接客対応変えてるんでしょうかね？受付のお姉さん飾りですかね？他の店員さんと楽しそうに喋ってて仕事楽しそうですね。印象最悪ですけど。 10年以上利用してて最初に接客してくれたお姉さんがとてもいい人だっただけに残念ですが、車変える時そのままディーラーも変えます。 Because it was renovated, the store is very beautiful.
