半年点検パックはない！車検するなら、という感じでした。
仕方なく、と言った具合でしょうか。
一応店内に案内されましたが
車検、点検、比較出来るパンフもくれず。
詳しい説明もなく。
担当になるであろう店員がちょこっと来て会釈ついでに名刺を副店長越しに渡されただけです。
来ないでくれ。と受け取り他店のネッツに行きました。
半年点検のみのパック、あるんですね。
最悪としか言えないです。
他の店員はわかりませんが、副店長は最悪でした。

安全装備の説明と事故が多いという話を遮るまで止めない。
勧められたメンテ(有料)も本当に必要かも怪しいと感じた。

１つ、気になったのは、タイミングの合った客のみに、女子社員がお茶等の対応をして、他の客を、素通りするのは、如何なものか？50年弱の営業経験者としては、会社あるいは、営業所トップの教育に問題有りかな！？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 定期点検で車を持ち込んだら、事前に電話で聞いた基本料金が間違っていて３倍の金額を請求された。また、「タイヤにクラックがあるので次回の車検は通らない」と言われたが、メーカー直営のタイヤ販売店で診てもらったら異常なしと言われた。そのほかにも車検に通らないネタを言われたので他店で調べてもらったが車検に無関係のことばかり。全く信用できない。
