店舗の方も机やトイレがきれいでとても良い印象を持ちました。

どうせここの評価もサクラなんだろうと思っていましたが、
担当の倉●さんは他の方のレビュー通りで大変誠実な方です。
買取額もネットで見る相場額の上限近くまで引き上げて頂いたので、
何店舗も回るような面倒くさい事をしなくて済みましたよ。
土曜日に車を引き渡して火曜日に振り込みがありました。
振り込みが終わるとネクステージからSMSが届くのは便利ですね。
客を捌いてなんぼの商売なのでケアレスミスはあるかも知れませんが、
少なくともトヨペット横浜の営業よりは遥かに好感が持てます。
（ちなみに、レビュー依頼はありませんでした）

何社か訪問査定に来ていただいた中でも対応もしっかりされていて非常に丁寧で、担当の倉井さんも好印象でした。
ただ、金額と比較して、一度は高値を提示した他社へ売却をと断りの連絡をしたのですが、他社は話を進めると話が変わり当初の金額が出せないなどと二転三転・・・。
やっぱり気持ちよく売買がしたいと思い、もう一度売却の交渉ができないかと倉井さんへ連絡をしました。
一度はお断りをしたのに、再交渉にもとても親切に対応いただき、結果納得いく形で売却出来ました。
