た	たこ焼き on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当者により対応の良さに雲泥の差があります。他の不動産屋を巡っている時に最後に伺った不動産屋さんです。雰囲気は他と比べてお世辞にも良いとはいえません、事務的というかなんと言うか……。予約せずに飛び込みで入って物件探しをお願いしましたが、主担当となった方は比較的若い人で正直なところ「この人に任せて大丈夫かな……」と不安を憶えるような対応でした。が、主担当の方が予約客の対応があるとの事で代わりにホームページの社員紹介の写真の前列中央の方が実際の物件の案内をしてくれたのですが、先ほどとは売って変わって頗る対応が良く「この人なら大丈夫だ！」と思い契約を決める事にしました。その後契約までにこちらの事情で入居日の折り合いが悪く擦った揉んだしましたが、多分後ろであの物件を案内して頂いた方が動いてくれていたのかなと勝手に思ってます。悔やまれるのはその方の名刺を頂かなかった事です。繁忙期で殆どの物件が埋まってしまっている中で他には無い良い物件に巡り会えたので本当に助かりました。若手の方も接客対応をもう少し頑張ってもらえたらと思うのですが……。という事で星3と、良い担当者に当たればというところで+1で星4にさせて頂きます。余談ですが、このビルの7Fの一室で……。 There is a difference in cloudiness depending on the person in charge.
