I can’t attest to that but I can say that it’s probably the best Thai/Balinese food we have had in Kansai. The Balinese Tempe was excellent, we asked for a veg Namaharumaki with pakchi and they obliged. The SomTham was flavorful and not just spicy. The lemongrass and chill flavors were fresher than other places. Looking forward to going back and trying some of the other dishes. 2/3 of the tables have a view over the city which is preferable They were running on minimal staff given the pandemic but I still felt the service was attentive and fast.

J	Jason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I directly satisfied my Indonesian cravings. I ordered Nasi Campur Balinese style (including Gado gado and soup), Avocado Juice, and Tempe Oreng Sambel Matah. No need to question the taste. The staffs are Indonesians and they are very friendly. There are many varieties of Indonesian and Thai foods. I will definitely come back there.

Once we called number, the receptionist couldn’t speak English. Eventually we got seated. Food was amazing. Service was slow (but they were busy; it was a Saturday night).

So with some friends (who is actually their frequent customers) and I came to this place and order several menu such as nasi goreng (along with its sunnysideup), nasi campur (they served it with gado gado/indonesian salad and soup), fuyunghai, martabak asin, bakso and tempe sambel matah. It tasted like the real one I usually buy in Indonesia. So happy❤ Anyway, they also served you so many kind of Thailand food cos beside of Indonesian food, Thai food is also their speciality. The resto got such nice balinese vibe, so does the staff outfit. Good service, good price, good taste. Open only during lunch and dinner. Located near gion shijo station and of course you may see a breathtaking view of kamo river just right from their window resto.

I ordered the “Nettai special lunch” and at 1600円, it’s a bit pricier than your standard fare of Thai food in Kyoto, but well worth it. Everything was flavorful and acidic and spicy without any need to add chili pepper. I left with a very full and satisfied stomach
