★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見積もりに車を持って行った時にいきなり昔は王さんと同額くらい稼いでいただの有名人の誰々もウチの客だのあーだこーだ長々と自慢話しされた。けど仕事に対しての自信満々な話しもしていたし『この車はひどい！やりがいがある！』とか言っていたので期待してお願いした。結果タバコと中性洗剤の混ざった匂いプンプンで帰ってきた。かれこれ1ヶ月近く経つけど未だにタバコと中性洗剤の混ざった匂いプンプンで頭が痛くなる始末。おまけに車内の至る所がなぜかヌルヌルベトベトになって帰ってきた。多分洗剤だと思う。何日かかけて自分で拭き取った。細かな所は汚れさえ取れていない。これで13万円也。他にも何時に来てもらえると助かるだのいついつは休みでいないだのまだありますが書くの面倒なのでやめます。もうどうしようもないので全力でおすすめしません。

見積無料、とインターネットに書いてあったので「こういった修理はされていますか？」と質問するため電話をしましたが、YES/NOの返答はなく「車種が分かんないと何も答えられないんですが」「で？なんの車なんですか」とぶっきらぼうな返答。
大切なクルマの修理を依頼したいのに、こんな適当な対応をされるのであれば、到底依頼できないなと不信感を覚えました。
今回、初めて車の修理で板金屋さんに頼んでみようかと思っておりましたが、丁寧さやクオリティを求める人はやめたほうがいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つい先日、車内で嘔吐してしまい困り果てカーショップやディーラーに持ち込みましたが、改善出来ませんでした。休日の急にも、拘らず、親切に対応してもらい、スッカリ跡形なく匂いも無くなりました。次回、機会を見て室内全体を本格的にクリーニングしてもらうつもりです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ４年半前にスバルアウトバックの煮沸丸洗い洗浄をお願いしました。中古で購入して、微かにタバコの臭いがしていたからです。社長さんはフロントガラスの上部を濡れた綿でこすり、ヤニがついているのを見せてくれました。「ヘビースモーカー」が乗っていたようです。丸洗い後の車はタバコの臭いが全くせず、快適なカーライフを送っています。作業終了時には作業中の画像、動画のデータも渡してもらい、いかに車が汚れていたか、それがどれほど奇麗になったかが良くわかりました。もうすぐオートローンが完済するので、この素晴らしい車は親族に譲って、ボルボの中古を購入する予定です。次もここで煮沸丸洗いをお願いしようと思っています。
