準備出来たら連絡します、と言われたのに書類着いても連絡なし、3か月目に入っても連絡無し、痺れを切らしてこちらから連絡したら、準備できてますと言う始末。
一度電話したけど留守でした、なんて留守電に入ってなければ連絡してないと一緒でしょ。
しまいに途中電話が切れたのに謝罪なく話しが始まる…
納車の日も書類の期限が切れてると言われバタバタしてるし、何故か車検は前月になってる。
全く有り得ない対応に、不快な気持ちしかありません。

店内もキレイで、キッズスペース、オムツ替えも完備家族での来店でも不自由なしです。

2週間後に再度申し込むも、またもや連絡なし。
気を取り直して電話して予約をしてお店を訪問。
出てきた見積もりは、カーコンビニ倶楽部とは思えない高額で驚き。
他のカーコンビニ倶楽部店やオートバックスの3倍近い見積もり金額でした。
Webサイトでアピールされていたので期待して訪問しましたが、がっかりする結果でした。
