素晴らしいお店ですが、光軸調整などが別料金となるのが、残念です。
初めに｢7割ぐらいで（別料金が）必要になります｣との説明があり、実際私も別料金が発生しました。（当然ながら拒否権はありません）
お値段が安いのが売りなのですから、できれば明朗会計でこちらも含めた表示にすると、皆さん安心して利用できると思いました。

At the beginning, there was an explanation that "about 70% (an extra charge) will be required", and in fact I also incurred an extra charge. (Of course there is no veto right)
The selling point is that the price is low, so if possible, I thought that everyone could use it with peace of mind if the display included this in the Happy Accounting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検利用2回目ですがとても感じが良く、ポイントは3点。①社員教育がなされている「気配」を感じられ、受付からテクニカルサービスまで全員好印象②説明もとてもわかり易く簡潔明瞭③コロナ対策感がかなり感じられる。特に①は今まで利用した車関連のサービス業ではベスト3に入ります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神奈川pay利用できるとの事で初めて伺いました。必要なものだけ交換、微妙なものはこちらにどうするか確認していただき、あっという間に終わりました。ダントツお安かったですしオイル交換も4回無料なんて有り難すぎます次からもお願いするかと思います。
