★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヤマダ電機でドルチェグストジェニオアイ新品を購入し初期不良だったので客相に電話したところ交換となりました。交換で届けられたのは、中古品でした。中古品が届けられたと客相に電話したところ、謝罪もなく上席に確認してもらったところ「新品しか送らない」と言われ唖然としました。ネスレだからちゃんと対応して貰えると思っていたのですが非常に残念でありません。組織の代表として電話対応してお客様を否定し間違いでは許されません。せめて商品みてから判断した方が良いと思います。説明書は折れ曲がり、箱は水でボコボコで赤いコードレスにはマジックで印が付いてます。情報を共有した方が良いと思いますので投稿します。
