蓄電池のセールス電話で断ったらガチャ切りされて非常に不快。お客を金目でしか見てないのが透けて見える社員教育が全くなってない駄目企業です。ここの商品はもう買わない?
It is very unpleasant because the gacha is cut off if you refuse the sales call for the storage battery. It is a useless company that does not have employee education that makes it clear that it is transparent to see customers only. I won't buy this item anymore ?

It is a building along the canal called Canalside Building. It's about a 20-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, but you can get there by a patrol bus. Lawson is on the first floor.

Greetings to General Manager, QC Manager and Customer Service Manager of Panasonic. I am wish to express my feeling about the quality service standard Provided by Panasonic on my electrical items. I bought fridge and using the fridge for a week, it CPU board fused but Panasonic changed it and now doing find ( already in action for 3weeks) – Thank you. Then my wall exhaust fan FV-30AUM8 (the fan Motor) is out of order and now is the water heater turn.( DH-3RP1MK – it has been repaired on 19/9/19 and working as normal). I bought all this between November 2018 to February 2019. My Question is Why Panasonic products are so poor for Now? I have great confident in your products until I experienced all this problems and it affect my confident toward your products quality. Panasonic is not bringing A Better Life to me! When I sent request for help on my water heater and also mentioned my exhaust fan is out of order, Panasonic only do on water heater and do not go further on the exhaust fan. If a caring and thoughtful service personnel is managing this, they should at least ask, would I like any assistance on the exhaust fan. Ok, water heater is repaired. I sent third request for help on exhaust fan and attached the (below email screen shot) Panasonic product description, do you know what I had received from Panasonic? Panasonic: sir, may I know what is 4 Pole Condenser Motor that you are looking for? Me: how would I know what is 4 Pole Condenser Motor is? I copy paste from Panasonic product description. Why can’t Panasonic do a little more by reading what customer wrote and what customer attached? It has clearly show what is for. Therefore, i would like express that Panasonic is not providing training to the service agent and the manager on board did not perform their product refresh training to their team. My family and friends were surprised with Panasonic product quality and I think they may think twice when buying any Panasonic products. Maybe I could have selected Hitachi or LG or even Haier during my purchase instead of Panasonic. Allow me to shared; Hitachi air con I bought is functioning well and quiet after 12yrs in used. My 2 units of Mitsubishi fridge has been in service for 15 years without any problems. But Panasonic within 1 month gives me 3 surprises and plus your service is so “robotic” there is no human-touch feeling. Therefore Panasonic.. You must make sure you live up to your promise in bringing better life to your customers.
