地元の人に大切にされているちいさな神社です。縁起は古く由緒あるようです。
奥にある池には錦鯉が泳ぎ、昔は亀もいました。ちいさなロウバイ、そして赤いつばきが花をつけていました。

Nishikigoe swam in the pond in the back, and there were turtles in the past. Little Rybai, and Red Tsubaki were wearing flowers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正式には「膝折ノ氷川神社」。土地開発の時、近くにあった小規模神社や稲荷社なども合併した。元々冠水などの被害になりやすい地域なので氷川神社以外は防災祈願の神様が多い印象。朝霞市の膝折・幸町・三原・泉水の氏神。ちょっとした坂の上に神社がある。地域密着型で初詣は1月2日まで。有名どころの神社には勿論劣ると思うが、氏神神社としては正月しっかり巫女さんがお守り販売してるし地元民に愛されてる。近くの自衛隊は遠征の時にお参りに来てるらしい。氏地域で地盤などが心配な人は是非一度参拝してみるといいかも知れない。

Kamibori, Sachimachi, Mihara, and Izumi of the Asaka city. There is a shrine on a small slope. It is community-based and the first visit is until January 2nd. Of course, it is inferior to the famous shrines, but as a Shinto shrine, the shrine maiden is amulet sold firmly on the New Year and is loved by the locals. It seems that the SDF nearby came to visit us during the expedition. If you are worried about the ground etc. in Uji area, you may want to visit once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創建年代等は不詳ですが、明暦年間(1655年～1658年)とも云われています。御祭神は素戔嗚尊(スサノオノミコト)です。木々に囲まれた広い神社で、たくさんの境内社がありました。座って休憩出来るスペースもあります。朝霞駅から徒歩で40分ほど。駐車場はありません。

It is a large shrine surrounded by trees, and there were many shrines. There is also a space where you can sit and rest. About 40 minutes on foot from Asaka Station. There is no parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湧水があり池がある。そのうえ小さいが滝まである。本殿は階段を少し上ったところにあり、木々に覆われた境内も広々としている。これで御神木と呼べるような巨木があれば最高なのだが、それには後300年くらい待たないといけない。
手水鉢や滝に流れる池の水は神社のある崖から湧き出ているのだろう。水も綺麗だ。地域の氏神様としては理想の神社だ。
手水鉢の後ろにある明治42年のプレートには、朝霞のそうそうたる地主さんの名前が刻まれている。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 陸上自衛隊朝霞駐屯地横にある神社。駐屯地とはフェンスで区切られています。ここは緑がたくさん。ただし水場があるので、夏は沢山蚊がいます！
A shrine next to the Ground Self Defense Force Asaka garrison. It is separated from the garrison by a fence. Here is a lot of green. However, there are lots of mosquitoes in summer because there is a water hole!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黒目川をサイクリングして、新座墓園を抜けてから来ました。
自衛隊の射撃の音でも聞こえるかなーと耳を澄ましてみたけど聞こえず。
他に誰もおらず神社の静謐な感じは味わえました。
I came after cycling the Kurome River and passing through the Niiza Tomb Garden.
I listened to the sound of the shooting of the Self-Defense Forces, but I couldn't hear it.
There was no one else and I could enjoy the quiet feeling of the shrine.
