今回初めてウルトワトリートメントやっていただきました。高い効果にも関わらずつけ置き時間が最短10分と短く、カラーをする場合は同時施術ができ、色味の入りも良くなるという点が気に入りました。毛が細く癖っ毛な私にピッタリなトリートメントを提案していただき遠藤さんに感謝です!
This is my first time to do Ultowa Treatment. Despite the high effect, the short soaking time is as short as 10 minutes, and when coloring, it is possible to perform simultaneous treatments, and I like the fact that the color is well mixed. I am grateful to Mr. Endo for suggesting a treatment that is perfect for me, who has thin and habitual hair!

ご担当いただいて8年以上3軒目のお店ですが、nellは1番よいお店のように思います。 若干無理を強いた同じパーマスタイルをずっとお願いしていますが、要望をきちんと理解してくれ、毎朝ラクに再現できるよう、状況を汲んだ仕上げをしてくれています。 こちらの髪質・クセ、要望などは、継続的にケアしてくれているようで、プロ意識を感じます。 ありがちなテンション接客はなく、説明は解りやすく、センスを強いることのない几帳面で鍛錬磨ゆえの職人的な手捌きはうっかりするとうっとりです。 わたしは毎回同じ方ですが、他のスタッフの方々にも同じ気質を感じますので、予約がとれなかったときnellだったら他の方でもOKかもと思うくらい信頼しています。空間心地もよいです。 料金もコンセプト通り毎月通えていますし、コロナ対策も行くたびに試行錯誤されていて、2つの意味で安心です。謙虚な姿勢、企業努力にも頭が下がります。

There is no tension customer service that is common, the explanation is easy to understand, and the craftsmanship due to training is inadvertently fascinating. I'm the same person every time, but I feel the same temperament for other staff members, so when I can't make a reservation, I trust that other people may be OK if it's nell. The space is also comfortable. The fee is paid every month according to the concept, and every time I go to take measures against corona, trial and error is done, so I am relieved in two ways. Humble attitude and corporate efforts also make me sick.

WORST HAIR SALON EVER!! 最悪のヘアサロン!!! 初めてこちらに行きました。ULTOWAの施術を受けられるということで、とても楽しみにしていました。 私は日本語がわかりませんが、従業員の方に自分の期待をすべて伝えました。 私の髪の色がどうなっているかの写真を見せました。髪の毛の下の部分が明るい茶色なので、同じ色にしたいと思いました。 私が心配していたのは、白髪が数本あることと、髪がとても乾燥していることでした。従業員はヘアカラーの予想写真を見せて、同じ色になると信じさせてくれました。 その結果、私の髪を(私の希望とは逆に)暗くしてしまったのです。私ははっきりと「暗い髪は嫌だ」と言いました。彼は私の髪をさらに暗くしました。さらに、ヘアカラーをしてから2時間半近く経っても、私の白髪は白髪のままでした! :(カバーもされませんでした。) ULTOWAトリートメントの結果は、私の髪がまだとても乾燥しているように感じられ、残念でした。 結論として、私は明るい茶色の髪にしたいと言ったのに、彼は私の髪をとても暗くしました。私の白髪はカバーされておらず、トリートメントの効果は全く見られません。 私はこのサロンを誰にもお勧めしません。 私が彼に見せた私の期待と私の髪の毛の写真を追加しました。 ——— WORST HAIR SALON EVER!! I went here for the first time. I was very excited to get the ULTOWA treatment. I don’t know Japanese but I told the employee everything with my expectations. I showed him a picture of how I want my hair color to be. I wanted a light brown color for my hair as the lower section of hair is light brown - I wanted it to match the same color. My major concern was that I have a few strands of grey hair and that my hair was very dry. After showing him the picture of the expectation for hair color, the employee made me believe that the color will be same. The result was that he made my hair darker (opposite to what I wanted). I specifically told him that I do not want dark hair. He made my hai even darker. Moreover, after almost 2.5 hours of putting the hair color, my grey strands of hair were still grey! :( they did not even get covered. The result of the ULTOWA treatment was disappointing as my hair still felt very dry. In conclusion, he made my hair very dark when I specifically told him I want light brown hair. My grey hair did not even get covered and the result of treatment is not visible at all. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I have added the picture of what I showed him as for my expectation and my hair now (dark one)

I don't understand Japanese, but I told my employees all my expectations. I showed you a picture of what my hair color is like. The lower part of the hair is light brown, so I wanted to make it the same color. What I was worried about was that I had a few gray hairs and that my hair was very dry. The employee showed me a photo of the expected hair color and made me believe that it would be the same color. As a result, I darkened my hair (contrary to my wishes). I clearly said, "I don't like dark hair." He made my hair even darker. In addition, almost two and a half hours after I colored my hair, my gray hair remained gray! : (It wasn't covered either.) The result of the ULTOWA treatment was disappointing as my hair still felt very dry. In conclusion, he made my hair very dark, even though I said I wanted to have light brown hair. 根元を染めに行ったのに、根元が全く染まっておらず黒いままでした。本人が美容院で気がついているのだから担当者が気付かない訳はなく、謝罪もせず毛先の写真まで撮っていました。髪の毛の長さもまばらで、見せた写真の髪色より大分明るく染めていて暗かったですか?と仰っていて呆れました。 後日染め直しで店長を指名し30分遅れてしまったた所、(事前連絡有り)根元の染め直しに2時間半かかりますと言われました。予約のお客さま優先なのは理解出来ますがそもそも自分達のミスでわざわざ1時間の道なりをかけてきた客に対して何の謝罪も誠意も示さず、高圧的に上から目線で言ってくることに大変驚きました。 電話した2回とも出た受付の男性の態度が悪いと思いましたが、店長の態度を見て納得が出来ました。 根元の為だけに2時間半待つはずも無く、髪色は諦めざるを得ませんでした。 こんな対応をされて二度と行きたくはありません。 これから行く方は本当にお気をつけ下さい。

It is understandable that reservation customers are prioritized, but in the first place, they do not show any apology or sincerity to the customers who took the trouble to take the one-hour road due to their mistakes, and they say from the top with high pressure. I was very surprised. I thought that the attitude of the man at the reception who answered both times was bad, but I was convinced by the attitude of the store manager. I couldn't wait for two and a half hours just for the root, so I had to give up my hair color. I don't want to go there again with this kind of response. Please be careful if you are going from now on.
