あ	あるみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いからおすすめされた「生姜ラーメン」を食べに来店。駐車場は大型トラック3台、普通車5台が停められるほど広いです。ですので、平日昼間は結構混みます。券売機で注文するタイプ。混んでいるときは入り口で名前と車のナンバーを書き、券売機でチケットを買い、駐車場の車で待ちます。店員さんが呼びにきてくれるのでコロナ禍でも店内の狭さを機転でカバーしていることに好感がもてます。ラーメンはねぎ味噌ラーメンが看板メニューです。安定して美味しいです。この日食べた生姜ラーメンも味噌ベースでした。一見辛いんじゃないか？と思うほど刻み生姜が乗っていますが、意外と辛くなく、味噌スープと相まってとても身体が温まります。味噌スープも味噌の塩辛さが出汁によって角が取れてまろやかです。まろやかさに生姜の程よい辛さがとても合います。場合によっては千切りねぎですが、ねぎも当然合います。麺は普通太さちぢれ麺で、スープの絡みがいいです。普通盛りでも底までしっかり麺が入っているので結構お腹いっぱいになります。ラーメンとしても完成していますが、スープがとにかく美味しいのでご飯を入れて食べ切ってしまうラーメンです。 I came to the store to eat "ginger ramen" recommended by an acquaintance.
