販売のヤル気ありそうな若くてキレイなお姉さんの丁寧な説明に惹かれ、リュックなど購入しました。
送料無料で後日自宅配送とのことでしたが、中々来きませんでした、配送ミスだっそうですが、対応について他の猫用品メーカーと比べてしまいました。
リュック自体は、抱えやすいものの、
思いの外１匹で埋まってしまう(２匹が十分に入るMサイズ)点と、ファスナーという点で猫を瞬時に格納しづらい面があります、
でも猫たちは気に入って自分から入ります！
にゃんずを持つ方への参考になれば幸いです。

猫は力一杯引っ張ったわけでもなく普通の遊び方をしていました。
さすがに早すぎると思い電話にて不良品ではないかと申し出たところ、
・本製品は人気商品でクレームなんてない
・猫の遊び方が悪い
・『店長さんがいらっしゃらないので私では返金の判断できません』
…などなどと言われ、結局こちらから店長から折り返し電話してくれとお願いするまで何の謝罪も申し出もありませんでした。
仮にも猫を専門にしているショップの店員が、
『オタクの猫が悪いんじゃないですか？』なんてどうしていえるのでしょうか。
会ったこともないのにうちの猫が悪いと言われ、かなりショックでした。
また、上記の通りスタッフの言葉遣いや接客は前々から思っていましたが滅茶苦茶です。
猫ちゃんに対しても、当該商品を購入した時は生体販売の猫ちゃんのケージが開け放しになっており、
専門店としての信頼性を疑うレベルでした。
こちらのお店でお買い物をするかどうかは皆さん次第ですが、
私は自分の大事な猫に与えるものをこのお店ではもう買いたくないと思いました。
