M	Makoto Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 値段は安いが送料が高い。13000円ほどの棚の送料が3000円以上もかかる。しかも４個買いたいと言ったら送料も４倍との事。４個買ったら送料無料とかになるのが普通の商売なのでは？(^o^;) 結局そういう所で細まめに手数料取っている感じです。店員も若い女性が多いけど正直家具についての知識が乏しい。但し契約に関してやけに細かく、梱包を開けた後のクレームは受け付け無いとか、７日以降のクレームはNGとかネガティブな説明が多かった。肝心の商品についても、棚の扉の開閉について不都合な部分を仕様なのでご了承くださいだと(^^; それ設計ミスじゃないの？と思って結局説明聞いた上で買うの止めました。正直もうこの店で買おうとは思いません。 The price is low, but the shipping cost is high. T	Takeshi Futakuchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ みなさんのご評価の通り、おしゃれでコスパの良いお店でした。が、 5年前に買ったソファーのクッションがへたったので、お店に行ったところ、まだ同じものを取り扱ってたので、「交換は買えますか？」については「クッションのみは買えない」「代案はあるか？」については「ちょっとよくわからない」。結果、同じくらいのサイズのクッションをAmazonで買って、カバー交換でいい感じになりました。ヘタったクッションを分別廃棄のために分解したら、中身のスプリングがガチャガチャになってました。ヘタってた、というよりも、スプリング耐久性に問題ありそうです。どうも、そういうテストをしていないんでしょうね。IKEAみたいな。また、長期で使ったらどうなるか、ということもお店の人は知らない。売った後についてのサポートは「しらな～い」とすることで、いろんなコストを抑えて、安くしているんではないか、と。もうひとつ、ソファー本体内に金属部品があるようで、尖ったところが、カバーの布を突き破り、息子が結構な怪我をしてしまいました。買って3年後くらいですかね。なんかそういうケアもされてない感じ。見えにくいところは極力省力化して安く仕入れてる、ということでしょうか。なので、おしゃれで安く買えるが、そういうお店だ、ということを念頭に置いて購入するんであれば、良い、と思われ。 As everyone's evaluation, it was a fashionable shop with a good cospa.
