★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小児科で利用しています。20時ごろ子供が急に熱を出し嘔吐した際に夜遅くにも丁寧に色々診察して頂き、大変心強かったです。
この時間帯まで診て頂けるのはとても助かります！
また駅ビルの中なのでベビーカーでも行きやすいです。
薬の処方も家の近くの小児科ですと3日分と少ない処方で、また来て下さいと言われてしまいますが、こちらですと7日分薬を出して頂けるので病院に何度も足を運ばずに済むのでそらも助かってます。

Also, because it is inside the station building, it is easy to go with a stroller.
If you are a pediatrician near your house, you will be asked to come back with a prescription for 3 days, but if you do this, you will be given 7 days' worth of medicine, so you will have to go to the hospital many times. You don't have to carry it, so it helps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方が不親切です。いくらが肌が爛れようが、完全予約制でないと一切見ていただけないなんて、なんのための遅くまでの営業なんでしょう。以前のままでも不満はなかったので、制度の変化に逆に不便さを感じてます。
遅くまでやってる、という点のみ良いので利用してます。
The receptionist is unfriendly. No matter how much your skin is sore, you can't see it at all unless you have a complete reservation system. I was not dissatisfied with the changes in the system as before, so I feel inconvenienced by the changes in the system.
I use it because it is good only that I am doing it until late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不治の病のアトピー性皮膚炎だと、長らく似たような薬をもらい続けばければいけませんが、ここは結構ロングスパンで薬を出してくれるし、２回目以降の診察料は安いしコスパ最強です。
他のところだと、同じ薬を貰うだけなのに１ヶ月とか数週間とかに一度行かなくてはならないうえ診察料も倍くらいかかるので、アトピー性皮膚炎ならここが一番良いと思います。
ちなみに受付もドクターも普通に良かったです。

In other places, I have to go once a month or a few weeks to get the same medicine, and it costs about twice as much as the medical examination fee, so I think this is the best for atopic dermatitis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か利用したが、看護師が電話をしたけどつながらなかったから削除したため、再度書いてくれと初回に書いたような紙を持ってきて、住所や氏名を書かせようとした。以前、インフルエンザや各種予防接種をしているたびに住所氏名を書いているから、そこから確認できると行ったら、一度下がり、今度は電話だけ書いてくれと言ってきた。人の話を聞いてないし、顧客情報を何だと思っているんだ。
次は院長が出てきて、登録を忘れていたみたいだとか言ってきた。
何が本当で、何が嘘かわからない。経緯もなくただお詫びをするだけ。お詫びと言っても、ただ言っているだけど、何も響かない。
言うことがバラバラで姑息な対応しかできない。
全員、顧客情報ということの重要性をわかっていない。

I don't understand why dermatologist here has such bad reviews. But I think he is really good.
He explains everything in detail, even in English as much he can. Really impressed.

I came earlier than the time I reserved and the staff assisted me anyways. Not all the staff knows how to speak in English but the doctor speaks English well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I went to this clinic so many times for normal cough, cold and fever. One time for my eye skin allergy. Every time we recovered fully within 1-2 days. The doctors are very polite and co operative. Receptionist don’t speak English but doctors do. 5 min distance from Keikyu Kawasaki station. ??
