S	Sanjeev Kumar (Sanju) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of best place in North Japan aka Tohoku To witness Autumn leaves, if possible try to reach early in morning, else this place will be crowded and you can't get space, Lovely cafeteria and souvenir shop at the place, toilet facilities is available nearby. Free wifi provided by the management.
L	Liv Dag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful autumn at its best. We went on the last week of October, and it was peak autumn. It was a bit crowded at the rest house as there were booths and lots of cars, but the trains were not that crowded. The nearest train station was half an hour walk or an infrequent bus ride away. There are nice walking routes to see more of the gorge around the area.

This area bus service has limited operation time, so keep an eye on timetable. Can be reach from sendai or Furukawa. I feel from Furukawa station would be good based on required time in train. loved it.
R	Robin Spooner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pretty area. I just did the promenade loop. It looks like the path used to connect on the rest house side to make a loop with a cool gorge walk, but it was overgrown and blocked off. Definitely too bad because it looked cool.
C	Ceco23 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular scenery. Must see place if you are in Naruko. Unfortunately it was a rainy day and not the peak season. Would like to come here in June and November. There is a rest house with free parking. Check the photo shooting spots. Specially the one behind the rest house. They put up the timetable for the train passing through the tunnel. Try to get the best shot. On the other side there is a path goes to all the way down near to the river. Definitely worth to walk there.
K	Kaya Butter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited right after peak autumn foliage. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and so are the stairs up from the bottom of the gorge. The main gorge trail is closed indefinitely, but the alternative trail up the stream has a subtle quiet beauty about it and is well worth walking. Ladies be warned: the queue for the only female toilet at the tourist trap shop is perpetually despair-inducing.
v	vijay Krishna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Scenery is very nice we went during summer completely covered with greenery but the best time to visit here is during Autumn for the colorful view of the bridge and also the rail way track view from the bridge.We can go to this place from Naruko Onsen Station operated by JR rail ways but the frequency of trains from Furukawa station to Naruko Onsen is less almost one train in every hour or so.From Naruko Onsen Station we can get to Naruko George by Cab and it may cost around 1500 Yen to 2000 Yen and it will take almost 10 to 15 minutes to reach.Naruko George is around 4KM away from the Naruko Onsen Station.If we need any information we can know from the tourist information Center in both Furukawa Station and also at Naruko Onsen Station.
