Though it's not clear from the price tags, but most of the prices for their foil balloons are the cost for the balloon, and them filling it with helium.
If you have your own, let them know and many of the balloons will be cheaper.
They have rubber balloons as well, and have arrangement services which make a nice gift and/or decoration.
If you have a car or live nearby, you can go get them, and otherwise they have next day delivery as well. (Orders need to be in by a certain time)
