ジャンルも品揃えも限られはするものの、ハンズらしいこだわりを感じる品揃えで便利です。

ポスカの様なマジックが欲しくて探しに行ったのですが自分で見つけられず店員さんに聞きました。「ポスカの様なマジックはありますか？」と聞くと太いのはないが細いのならあるとの回答でした。案内してもたった先にあったのは細いボールペン。「いや、マジックが欲しいんですけど」と答えると、「だから細いのはこれと言う意味なんですけど」ときつく答えられました。言い方は感じ悪いし、私は間違っていないというような言い方しかしないし、そもそもマジックをご存知ですか？あと忙しいからと言って客にとってそんな態度なのでしょうか？最悪ですね。
近くにあり便利だから利用していましたが、もう2度と行きません。
謝罪も欲しいくらいですが。
The staff is the worst.
I wanted a magic like Posca and went to look for it, but I couldn't find it myself. When asked, “Is there a magic like Posca?”, It was answered that there is nothing thick but thin. A thin ballpoint pen was just ahead of the guide. “No, I want magic,” he answered, “So thin is what I mean.” I don't feel like saying it, I just say it's not wrong, do you know Magic in the first place? Is it that attitude for customers just because they are busy? It ’s the worst.
We used because it was near and was convenient, but will not go again.
I want an apology too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小型店で見やすい。気になるものが決まってたらサクッと回れて便利だと思う。試供品の近くにちゃんとティッシュがあって、手を拭けてよかった。
Easy to see in small stores. I think it's convenient to go around quickly once you have decided what you are interested in. I'm glad I had a tissue near the sample and wiped my hands.
