★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful Airport.... Very big Duty free.... Very helpful working Crew... Only 1 thing to be concerned for... There must be an electronic Lighter in the Smoking Area .. people travel and they ask borrowing the lighters with others...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Formerly the biggest airport in japan. But now become 2nd largest after they move international airport to Haneda which closer to Tokyo.
The Narita terminal was clean, big, n well maintained facilities. It's very easy to take an airport bus from or to this airport, for about 2hours driving. The Friendly staff will welcoming all the tourist from landing to exit to city.
Actually there's fact that it was much cheaper flights that landed here than landed to Haneda. Maybe because haneda closer to Tokyo than Narita. Instead of this far from tokyo, but this airport still comfortable to choose while looking for international flights as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Japan airports are so efficient and professional, Narita airport is no exception. Customs is fast and efficient, along with security screening.. Very friendly and helpful airport employees. Restrooms are very clean and automated. Restaurant food are so pleasing to the eye, meticulously plated and very tasty. All Airport personnel are very polite, respectful and go out of their way to answer all questions and concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landed in terminal 1 for my layover. Very clean airport. Staff was all very kind and welcoming. Most restaurants and stores were closed due to Covid restrictions. I was very thankful the lounges and shower day rooms were still available.
