S	Suzaidee Mohd Shom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great airport. Staff are friendly. When we arrived the cue was long but airport staff open additional counter to make the process smoother and faster. There's a general prayer room which for me very useful especially for muslim travelers since the journey from the airport to Tokyo can take around 1 hour. Staff at the bus ticketing counter also very knowledgeable and able to advice you where is the best station you need to stop that nearest to your hotel or AirBNB.

It is true that it is typical of the Japanese but as soon as you arrive you immediately feel an air of calm and order. My departure was also really easy thanks to the organization of the whole airport system and staff

P	Palaniyandi Thiruchelvam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived by JL 754 Bengaluru(India) to NRT Nov 13, 2:00 pm. Very well guided to go through the covid 19 formalities. After deplaning had to walk for very long distance with handbag. No trolley provided. After an 8 hour long flight it was difficult for everyone. Took PCR test and waited for the result. Announcement calling number system failed in between. Staff relaized the fault and could not find replacement. So, came close to the waiting area and announced directly without mike. Some 10 minutes wasted.

Parking is available in arrival & departure, but depending upon your usage like if you want to just drop it pick better to just go to normal car lane & drop or pick someone. For long parking better to use outside parking space which is economical than airport parking. For other terminals well connectedshuttle bus service is there. For T3 which is mainly LCC, you can go by walk on beautiful track.

It's impressive how they manage thousands of passengers because signs are really clear and you can get around easily.The transport is good and it can be more cleaner.Easy to park and be picked up and dropped off.
