K	Kaoru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーハンが美味しいとの噂を聞いたのでチャーハンと餃子をいただいた。チャーハンは某YouTuberのレシピ「至高の炒飯」を作ってから外で食べようと思わなくなっていたのだが、やはりプロが作ったチャーハンは美味い。当たり前のように米粒ひとつひとつに油を纏いパラパラで、食材にもサッと強めの火を通しているので素材の味と食感が生きている。卵はふんわりしているし、チャーシューもゴロゴロ入っている。さらに量も多いのでかなりの満足感だ。餃子も皮がもっちりしていて、中身は肉多めで醤油はつけなくていいくらい味がしっかりしている。酢とコショウ、ラー油でいただいた。大変美味しい町中華の店だ。ちなみに娘さんなのかな？美人で素敵な声の女性が接客しているのも密かに素敵ポイントだ。他の料理にも期待してまた訪問したい。 I heard rumors that fried rice is delicious, so I got fried rice and dumplings.
