市	市村寿男 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奈良市内から柳生の里に向かう柳生街道沿いの阪原町にある真言宗御室派医王山南明寺と称し、薬師如来をご本尊とする古寺。伝承によれば、575年に百済の僧が営んだ「槇山千坊」のひとつであったとされるが、鎌倉中期とされる現本堂よりさかのぼることができる遺構や遺物は見つかっておらず、実際の創建も鎌倉中期ではないかと推定されている。本堂には、平安中期作のご本尊・木造薬師如来坐像はじめ、木造釈迦如来坐像、木造阿弥陀如来坐像が安置され、いずれも国指定重要文化財になっているが、これらは本堂が建てられた時期より古いため、いずれかの寺院にあったものが移されてきたものではないかと言われている。現在、文化財保護設備設置工事のため境内には入れない。 10/11/06、奈良市内から車で柳生へ向かった際、特別公開があり、阪原の里に立ち寄った。秋の素朴な里で、とてもいいお顔をされた仏さまにお逢いすることができ、御朱印もいただいた。近くのコスモス畑もきれいだった。 An old temple whose principal image is Yakushi Nyorai, which is called the Shingon sect Omuro school doctor Osan Nanmei-ji Temple in Sakahara-cho along the Yagyu Highway from Nara City to Yagyu no Sato. According to tradition, it was one of the "Makiyama Senbo" run by a Baekje monk in 575, but no remains or relics that can be traced back to the current main hall, which is said to be in the middle of the Kamakura period, have been found. It is estimated that the building was built in the middle of Kamakura. In the main hall, the principal image of the mid-Heian work, the wooden Yakushi Nyorai sitting statue, the wooden Shaka Nyorai sitting statue, and the wooden Amida Nyorai sitting statue are enshrined, all of which are designated as national important cultural properties, but the main hall was built. Since it is older than the time, it is said that the one that was in one of the temples may have been moved. Currently, it is not possible to enter the precincts due to the installation work of cultural property protection equipment. On 10/11/06, when I drove from Nara city to Yagyu, there was a special exhibition and I stopped by Sakahara no Sato. In the simple autumn village, I was able to meet the Buddha who had a very nice face and received a red stamp. The nearby cosmos field was also beautiful.
