★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 軽Gardenさんの方でお世話になり、車検を系列のこちらでして貰う事になったんですが、店員さんや保険の担当の方はとても感じが良かったのですが、対応してくれた整備士さんが、愛想が無く何か事務的で感じが悪く、今までこういう対応をされた事が無かったので、嫌な気持ちになりました。私は車の事がよく分からないので、もう少し丁寧に親身になって対応してくれる方の方が相談しやすいので、次の車検は他の所でお願いしようかなと思っています。とても残念です…。
I was taken care of by Mr. Light Garden, and I was asked to have a car inspection here in the series, but the clerk and the person in charge of insurance felt very good, but the maintenance that responded. The mechanic was unfriendly, clerical and uncomfortable, and I had never dealt with this before, which made me feel uncomfortable. I don't know much about cars, so it's easier to talk to someone who is a little more polite and friendly, so I'm thinking of asking for the next car inspection elsewhere. It is very disappointing….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで購入申し込みをし、業者に依頼して車を店舗に取りに行ってもらい船で運んでもらいました。なので直接店舗に伺うことはなかったですが、やり取りはスムーズでメールの返信も早かったです。初めて車を買うのでわからないことだらけでしたが、丁寧に説明していただき助かりました。
I applied for a purchase online and asked a dealer to pick up the car at the store and carry it by ship. So I didn't go to the store directly, but the exchange was smooth and the reply to the email was quick. It was my first time to buy a car, so there were many things I didn't understand, but I was grateful for the polite explanation.
