普段はこんな事投稿しない
この店舗で車検をした身内が、車検後直後かからすごぶる調子が悪いと何度も相談を受ける。
内容は伏せるが、これはちゃんとバラして整備しているのか？経験浅い者が整備したなら熟練者がダブルチェックのような事はしているのか？検査員は車検後に検査ラインで最終確認をちゃんとしているのか？
客が多いからまにあわない。確認もなくやっているのではないか？と疑わざるを得ない。
実際表に出せない整備ミスもあり
こちらが我慢してクレームにはいたっていないが、今回また相談されたため現在検討中である。

I have been consulted many times that my relatives who had an automobile inspection at this store are not feeling very well right after the automobile inspection.
The contents are hidden, but is this properly maintained separately? If an inexperienced person maintains it, does an expert do something like a double check? Is the inspector properly confirming the final confirmation on the inspection line after the vehicle inspection?
It doesn't fit because there are many customers. Isn't it done without confirmation? I have no choice but to doubt.
There are some maintenance mistakes that cannot be shown
I haven't put up with the complaint, but I've been consulted again this time, so I'm currently considering it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 暫く前に車の点検をしてもらいに伺った際にオイル交換もお願いしました｡その後2週間ほど経った頃に某量販店にて､いつも使用してるオイルに入れ直したんですが､､､その際に量販店の整備士さんに聞かれました｡
以前はどちらでオイル交換されましたか？と｡
どうやらオイル規定量を随分と上回る量のオイルが入っていて驚いたみたいでした｡
車が壊れるという事では無いみたいですが､あまりよろしくないと言われました｡
黙っていれば良かったのかもしれませんが､､､そちらで車も購入したのに残念な気持ちになりました｡
それだけです。

当然予約なんて無く、更には閉店間際の時間ではありましたが、とても丁寧に点検をしてくれました。
対応も非常に良くして頂き、大変助かりました。
