私は自宅から車で約１時間程かけて実際にこちらの店舗に足を運び、即日で下取車査定と新車契約を行いました。
当方の数多くの要望（レーダー探知機取付け、下取車からサブウーファー脱着、新設ナビと連動するドラレコ取付け、薄型ホーン取付け等々）を親切且つ丁寧に行って頂きました。
本当に良い買い物をさせて頂きました。
今後とも何かとお世話になるかと思いますが、宜しくお願い致します。

I actually went to this store for about an hour by car from my home, and on the same day I made a trade-in car assessment and a new car contract.
We kindly and politely made many requests from us (installation of radar detector, attachment / detachment of subwoofer from trade-in vehicle, installation of dorareco linked with new navigation system, installation of thin horn, etc.).
I did a really good shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 某サイトで中古車を見てTELしました。。。が、スタッフさんの教育が行き渡っていない（店長さん？）のか、タメ口、こちらが質問した事に対しても上から目線での応対でした。
狙っていた車があったため、週末に見に行こうと思っていましたが、別の所で契約となりました。
多分、お客様、スタッフというより、フレンドリー、友達みたいなお店を目指している会社だと思うのでそのような方にはいいと思います。

僕は車種はある程度決めていましたが
何処で買えばいい？ オプションは？ 全部でどれぐらい？
など頭でグルグル考えながら色々なお店を見て聞いて回りました。
でもここだけです、相談に乗ってくれて予算は大丈夫か、
それどころか今本当に車を買う時期ですか？と本当に自分の事のように親身に話を聞いてくれたのは。
他の店みたいに安いのはこの1台だのいつまで限定で安いだの車を買ってもらう為に焦らしたりする事は一切ありません。
その上こちらで買った時、他の店よりも安かったと思いますしこちらで買って本当に良かったと思います。
他府県の方ももちろんですが姫路付近で悩まれてる方は色々なお店を回る中に必ずここを入れたほうがいいと思います。
車でいける距離にこんないいお店があって僕は凄いラッキーだと、子供たちにも将来ここで買って欲しいと思えるお店です。

結果的に増車はもう少し考えることとしたのですが、ちょうど買い替え時だった軽自動車の買い替えで再度お店を訪問し、新車を買いました。
次に購入するときもお願いしようと思っています。
