★ ★ ★ ★ ★ えぼしの雫で作ったラーメンが美味し。寿司も醤油ではなくえぼしの雫で頂いたけど旨味が濃いーですね。
魚醤はしょっつるやイシルを何度も経験してるけど、えぼしの雫は驚くほど魚のクセがなく、その分旨味がストレートに感じられて何にでも合う気がする。
閉店間際にお邪魔したにも関わらず快く受け入れて頂いたのもウレシイ。
The ramen made from Eboshi no Shizuku is delicious. I had sushi with Eboshi drops instead of soy sauce, but it has a strong flavor.
Fish sauce has experienced Shottsuru and Isil many times, but Eboshi no Shizuku has surprisingly no habit of fish, and the taste is straightforward and I feel that it goes well with anything.
It was also nice that he was willing to accept me even though I was in the way just before the store closed.

味見させていただきましたが、馴染みのある魚種からできているからか風味がとても豊かです。
レシピもいただいたので、塩の代わりに使ってみようと思います。
YouTubeにもチャンネルがあるようです。
（追記）卵かけご飯、試してみました。美味しかったです！ おひたしなどにも使ってみました。魚醤ですので、かけすぎないように。
I purchased a local plaque from Chigasaki, called "Eboshi no Shizuku".
I tasted it, but the flavor is very rich because it is made of familiar fish species.
I got a recipe, so I'll try using it instead of salt.
YouTube seems to have a channel.
(Postscript) I tried rice for egg. It was delicious! I also used it for me. As it is fish sauce, do not overuse it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寿司も魚醤ラーメンも美味しいです。寿司にも魚醤を使って下さいと。これがまた美味しいのです。駐車場は隣に1台分。向かいの病院が休みの日は病院の駐車場もOK。
Sushi and fish soy ramen are delicious. Please use fish sauce for sushi. This is also delicious. There is one parking lot next door. On the day when the opposite hospital is closed, the parking lot of the hospital is OK.
