There was no annoyed attitude even though it was extended by about 20 minutes from the scheduled assessment time. It's a shame because it's in a convenient location.

It came from the back and was sloppy in a whisper! When asked, it will take more than an hour. When checking the website immediately before coming to the store, the assessment time is 15 minutes! Is it an excuse for clearly wanting you to go home? Location, facilities, etc. that would be the flagship store for purchase in Kansai There are obviously too many staff with low skills, who is the choice! After leaving the store and checking the WEB I was waiting for 30 minutes! I can't hear the voice! The movement is trojan! If the receptionist can't make a good assessment I want you to do the minimum customer service!
